Customer service is great, but to really speed things up use the Lowe's app found on google play. Absolutely amazing and confounds the Lowe's associates. LOL

Cape Fear Flooring And Restoration
2727 Hope Mills Rd, Fayetteville, North Carolina, 28306, United States
I was so pleased with Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration. They were always on time, and kept us apprised of each step on the repair of a very messed up kitchen floor . They dealt with all the details, including working with the insurance company. I had several companies look for the source of our problem, and CFFR was the only one to find it. The office help was terrific ,kind and patience with my inquiries. Thank you Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration. Jean Perry

Howard Ceramic Tile and Carpet
346 Church St N, Concord, North Carolina, 28025, United States
Beautiful tiles not available in the big box stores. True professionals guided me through selection and installation. These people are timely and of their word. Installation person was thoughtful of myself home and animals. I felt so safe, I went on vacation. They have other professionals that were needed that they work hand-in-hand with well in Concord. I had fiberglass shower removed and beautiful tile floor to ceiling with sliding shower door install, had kitchen backsplash put in as well. It looks amazing !!! Love ❤️ ❤️
