Tractor. Supply. The store has everything you'd expect from the name. Good small store source for home owners and western wear too. The monthly poultry sales remind you of the roots though!

Gustavo was a nice professional to work with. The fit and finish work was perfect. Very happy with my floor. He also worked with my budget to make it all possible. I will recommend.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went into showroom 3x before anyone even acknowledged I was in the building. Finally talked to someone about ordering. Called them back a couple of days later...lost all the information. Finally got the information right and ordered. Went in showroom to see if the order was in. Couldn't find it. One person blamed the other. Was told that I would get a call back by the end of the day. Surprise surprise....no call back. Called back next day. Said they'd call me back. Still didn't call back. Finally got a text saying, "they're in" Horrible customer service.

We used this company 12 years ago and we used them again this month. Both times they gave me high quality material at a great price. I was very pleased with the quality of work. I highly recommend this company.

Our house had a leak and we had to replace all the hardwood floor on our first floor. When I called the owner he made it a priority to come over to my house the same day to review the damage. Upon review, Dave told me what I needed to do with regards to next steps and what to expect going forward with my insurance claim. Dave was available may times throughout this 60 project to answer any additional questions. Dave was able to help me understand the process my mortgage companies needed to go through during my claim and he helped me prepare for what to expect and the information I needed in order to move through the process. Dave was upfront and honest during the whole installation and more importantly his workers were on time, professionally dressed and wore "booties" on their feet when they entered my house. I don't know what I would of done if i hasn't found and connected with Dave at 123 Floor. They were 5 stars throughout the entire process. Do yourself a favor and call 123 Floor first before anyone else. You won't be disappointed.
