Flooring

I am in need of a custom size door. I tried calling the lumber department in this store and the store in Nordonia four different times. I was either disconnected, or people simply hung up on me. Pathetic customer service.

Bob is quite literally my daddy yeet

Jamie was awesome! Knows her stuff. So friendly and very helpful!

Super easy shopping experience! Will be back!

We used Marshall for all the carpeting in our new house. We loved the experience working with Mary Zella and especially love the way the carpet looks in our house.

We were off to a rough start, I had my appointment scheduled 5 months prior to the date to start my floors. I called 3 weeks before my appointment to make sure we were all ready to go and was told they will be at my house between 9a-10:30am. The Saturday before my appointment, I called again to make sure we were all set for that Monday. I was told they didn't have me on their books nor was there a contract or deposit drawn. We got everything squared away that Saturday and they were to start my floors that Monday. Monday came 8am I get the call from Jahlife-they can't start the job until the next day. They did get the floors all sanded that Tuesday and was told they were going to be back first thing in the morning. First thing in the morning was 3pm, then I was told that they were going to finish the job that Saturday-no call no show on Saturday. I got a call on Sunday morning that they could fit me in, but I was at work and didn't get the message. I finally got a call that Monday and was told they would be at my house first thing in the morning and to pay the final payment to Powers. First thing in the morning was 12:30p. This job took over a week and there was so much lack of communication. I work many hours and 2 jobs and my mother took a week off work so there was somebody at the house to let the workers in the house and I had to miss work that Monday so they can finish my floors. My floors really do look great, but I am positive if it was not for Powers, Jeff and Kevin. My floors would have never gotten done. I was going to do my living room floors but I decided to look into another company. I would have Powers do my floors but not with the company of RENEW FLOORING.

The staff here is super helpful. Every time I need help with something, I just ask. There are always tons of items on sale, great prices.

Renovated my townhouse top to bottom with hardwood flooring purchased from Northcoast. The Sheoga hardwoods they sell are amazing.

I went to Pucher's the other day to look at wallpaper. They had a great selection and let me take several books home for a few days. Great customer service.

The reason for one star is their customer service. I went into the store on April 3 2018. It was hard to get waited on -had to hunt sales lady down. I told her the specific tile my wife and I wanted and she said she would have to check with her distributor and call me. She acted like I was bothering her. I'm 65 yrs old -I didn't go in the store to kill time. Today is the 16 of April and no call back- well my new floors were installed by another company last Thursday.
