Flooring

Love this place. I could spend hours in here just looking at stuff for projects around the house

Helped by lady named Diane awesome person. Was given military discount and that's the reason I shop there.

Almost has everything in stock. Great ppace

Everything you need to get the job done. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I really like Lowe's. The staff is friendly and they try to know their stuff

Always helpful employees here, trust them to know and help solve problems!

I've known Scott for a number of years and I can honestly say he's a stand up guy that provides a high quality service.

Carpet One was actually the flooring/tile contractor for my new home construction that was appointed by the home builder my wife I chose to build with. My first interaction with them was when one of their employees approached me during the build to point out that my foyer wall was out of square by about 1/2" per foot. The home builder had told them to just cheat it in as much as they could and I wouldn't notice. He did not feel that lying to me was a good approach. I appreciated his honesty and we got the wall straightened out in the end. After finding out they were local I started using them to purchase window treatments for our new home. 1 year in and we are making some changes and I am returning to Eric and the team yet again. They have always been honest and up front with me. I feel that their pricing is very reasonable and their customer service is great. This time around we are adding a tile backsplash to our kitchen and Harold is doing a great job yet again. We plan to finish out our basement in a few years and you can probably guess who we plan to call. Thank team!

Everyone was helpful. Sam in painting caught a painting mistake (we would have made) and corrected it.

Great place, Dave is a great guy, very helpful.

Used to be my go to store but trends like wonky Whirlpool only appliances with worthless factory warranties and the lawn and garden center gravitating towards overpriced and or chemical products (I am organic and thrifty), I am less satisfied every trip. Still two stars because they do have good staff.

Not very friendly for a store with the name "family" Carpet.

Employee was very helpful and stayed with us showing different items in what we were there looking for.

Found everything I needed for a porch swing repair, storm door repair, and dryer hose repair. It was a good trip.

Worst experience EVER! I decided to use Lowe's for a complete kitchen remodel. Custom service was terrible. I found later that almost everything I bought (all appliances, cabinets, tile flooring, windows, and on and on) were at least 20% higher than any other home improvement store in my area. Their customer service team if they came out never even spoke to me or cared to meet me. Sometimes their care team member would drive past the house because she didn't want to see one of the workmen. Delays after delays after delays - the job took over 6months to complete. Dishwasher came in broken/dented. When another was ordered it came in broken in the same area. Store wasn't going to make that right until forced to do so. The contractor was the best part of the job. While they were extremely slow at least they were detailed oriented, did a great job when they showed up and tried to make things as right as possible in spite of Lowe's. I will never shop at Lowes again. BTW I wouldn't even give them one star but have to due to the way this site works.

The employees here are awesome! Friendly & helpful!

Nice selection, but I took the day off work to get errands done and planned my whole day around a carpet measure midday. When he was 20 minutes late, I called to see what was going on and they said he was working with another customer, apparently who he thought was more important than me. He would have been at my house well over an hour late without even letting me know.

So nice to work with someone who knows what they're doing.

Christine really gave me great service
