I have a restoration company and this is by far the best flooring vendor

Mario is a great guy to work with.

We had a great experience with Rite Rug. Due to busy schedules we were unable to get to the Strongsville showroom. Rite Rug sent a Salesman (Doug) to our home. Doug was very professional and had a wide variety of samples on his van. He measured our house, explained the samples and prepared a quote all within an hour. Once, we made our selection Doug placed the order and scheduled the work. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job installing our carpet. The process could not have been any easier. Thank you Rite Rug!

My room looks phenomenal with the new floor, thanks to WestBay Floor Source. We've used them in the past and will continue to call them for any future projects.

I absolutely loved the staff . Roz was very helpful and everyone was very knowledgeable. The installer Will was very neat and the carpet and Coretec looked fabulous. I will use them for all of my flooring needs.

Once again Ari did an outstanding job for us. The quality and service was excellent. The Clines family love ya !!!!

I've been using ProSource for years for carpeting and tile. Recently I've used them for all the supplies needed to remodel bathrooms and the kitchen. I've never had any issues and their suggestions and recommendations are spot on.

Huge selection and great people to work with

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. My parents paid lots of money for the bamboo hardwood flooring throughout their entire home and there is gaps and loose wood panels everywhere. It looks horrible! It's so bad that my grandmother who is 82 can't even use her walker to walk around our home. I wish I could post pictures. My parents had them come back out to look at how the floor was and they did NOTHING to even attempt to fix it or ANYTHING. I am so beyond upset. BUYER BEWARE please look into these companies and read the reviews. My parents work very hard for their money and now have to hire someone to re do the job that this company SCREWED my family out of!!

Szabi did an excellent job of refinishing my floors. He is completely trustworthy. I highly recommend him.
