Brandon and his team at Cleveland Hardwood Restoration recently completed the finishing of the hardwood floors in our new home. From the selection of the perfect Rubio Monocoat color, to the application of the final coat, my wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire process. Brandon takes great pride in his craft and his attention to detail was incredible. I would highly recommend you speak with Jessie or Brandon for any type on hardwood floor finishing you're considering.

Had a small 8x10 bedroom carpeted several weeks ago. Had precise measurements, but they insisted they had to measure to be sure. After they were done, we had over FOUR yards left over! Salesman said sorry nothing they could do, minimum width of roll or something like that, blah blah blah, but hey we can have someone tape the remnants together, and maybe you can use them? Also banged up our baseboards during the install but that seems to be typical workmanship these days. Shop around and make sure they cover who pays for remnants.

Purchased Brazilian hardwood cherry 9/16. The salesman said it's great for having pets and it won't scratch. Needless to say, I have impressions in the flooring caused by the canine's toe nails. Customer care will not do anything for me. Telling me to refinish it at my expense. DON'T BUY FLOORING FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!! VERY MISLEADING.
