Flooring

Always awesome!!!

Very helpful

As always it is a great place to get anything hardware related don't shop at Lowe's because home Depot is better

It's a home Depot like any other home Depot as long as you know what your looking for your good.....come across the right employee you might get some useful information....

I love Lowe's people there are friendly and nice if you don't know they will find out for you as soon as possible!!!

My cousin felt threatened going back in to cancel order , because of a dispute , I went in to cancel an order , before I could say anything they told me to leave . No problem , will cancel online . you lost two valued customers now.

This is hands-down the best floor covering business in the area!

I went in to buy 3 skids off cull wood and some pt post and waiting 10 mins , but that's parts ok I know they are busy but when the lady was taking my order she needed help putting the cull wood threw and the man was helping her and when I told him I have 2 more skids I wanted to add to the order he told me I would have to wait because there was other customers that came so I got put to the back of the line when I was the first one there and he was rude about it so I told them to forget about the order and I went some were else and never will buy from this place again, customer service is what keeps a place going and there was none here

Very friendly and knowledgeable

Great

The first time we heard about Regal Hardwood Flooring was the Ottawa Home Show. We met the owner, Jesse Moise, who took the time to speak with us and get an idea if our project requirements. He followed up with us a few days after the show and offered to come by and provide an estimate. After comparing him to a few other companies we decided to go with Jesse based on his fare quote, knowledge and friendly demeanor. Jesse took us through the process of selecting our wood and the install process step by step and was prompt with answering our questions. Install was a little delayed but Jesse went all in to ensure he met his completion date. Overall we are very happy with the job and would recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a new hardwood floor.

Had my floors redone and I must say awesome ! very professional and friendly with an outstanding job . I would highly recommend them to everyone .
