Getting kitchen paint

The staff is very helpful and friendly

We recently had Murray Wright install new flooring in a variety of rooms in our home. The flooring was laminate and looked absolutely amazing upon completion. Murray is a true professional who's attention to detail and his experiential knowledge really impressed our family. His respectful predatory procedures like covering closet items with plastic sheets was very much appreciated. His preinstallation visit gave us a comfort level of how the installation would be completed. We were also grateful for his guidance regarding material selection of flooring and baseboard trim. We chose his option of having baseboard trim installed to modernize and update our home. Murray's combined years of experience and professional skills resulted in a flawless flooring and baseboard trim installation. This was such a good experience Murray ! Thank you very much. the staff is very knowledgeable great SERVICE friendly people

It's rare to find a hardware store that truly is dedicated to customer service. I have been going here for a while and I have seen more than a couple things that show how much the owner and staff care about who walks through the door. From the owner stopping to hold the door for old ladies or just simply poking his head out the door to say a friendly hello to passers by. Everything I have bought here has been of high quality.

Super. Helpful and very friendly and approachable. This was my first visit and now I am a loyal customer. The sale items I wanted were available and beyond my expectations. Good place. Lee

Fast and friendly service.

Very un-helpful, got served by management and they never came back, we waited 30 minutes and he never came back. Asked where he was and was told he's busy with another customer.

Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff & service! If they don't have it in stock it will be in the following week!

In 15 years or construction all across ontario , this is by far the worst building center i have ever been to. The staff at the order desk were rude and treated me like i was bothering them by buying pine. The staff need training not only with regards to customer service but also general stock knowlege. I have never dealt with staff as clueless regarding standerd lumber grades ... this is the 3rd strike. Will not be going back and will recommend shopping elsewhere to any of my clients

Always have what im looking for.
