Great smiles and service

Really thankful to have met Tanner. Went above and beyond for our company.

They have the most beutiful selection of tile I've ever seen. Very helpful to DIY'ers. They also have several completed displays of tiled project for inspiration.

The guy at Dalton carpet was really helpful and totally understood my problem and was able to tell me exactly how to fix the linoleum

This company understands customer expectations and goes above and beyond Industry standards. You guys literally turned our space into a new dimension! Thanks

Great lumber with great service

Huge selection of wood, and tile.

They always have what I need and the staff by the door always knows just where I should find it. I love that part of this store!

They do have great products. Living an alternative lifestyle for the last 40 years, I was excited when they opened. Been disappointed by customer service just about every time: a few summers ago I ordered non-toxic paint from them. It didn't come as promised 4 times over a two week period. Each time I had to call them. At the end of that, they still couldn't promise when it would be in. Meanwhile, my painter left for vacation, everyone else was booked by that time, so I ended up painting (exterior) of whole house myself & just bought paint from Forrest. Also was stuck with $80 worth of Yolo trim paint, as it didn't match what I ended up having to buy. Bought a $11. caulk gun which was hard to use & metal broke after 3 uses. Recently tried again for a rather large purchase and got lousy service over the phone.

I appreciated the owner’s honest review of the various flooring products as I was having a hard time deciding what to get to replace our Pergo laminate flooring. I am very happy with what we finally picked out. Our order was delivered on time and we had no issues at all. They do not install but they do have a list of installers.
