Flooring

Hired them for backflow testing. Broke pipes, left water on, flooded back yard. Called to inquire about damages and they accepted no responsibility. Owner argued with me and, like others have mentioned, I was hung up on. Never written a Google review before but never had this kind of service so I figured it was appropriate.

He did a fantastic job on my install. He is so thorough and professional, just awesome. Chris went above and beyond any expectations that I had. Most importantly, they respected my home, this is somewhat rare these days. I will use them in the future for maintenance on my stoves.

What do you need? They've got it here...only complaint is that sometimes finding stuff is a pain...and it's not always logical. For example: wanted to look at new kitchen sinks and faucets. You'd think they'd be in the kitchen area, right? Nopeh they're hidden, one on each side of bathroom stuff...otherwise, great helpful service and painless returns.

Very attentive and helpful staff. The lady that assisted me went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for.

We've used TCS for commercial carpeting in offices for years and had great service with reasonable prices. So we decided to use them for new wood flooring, granite counter tops and tile in the remodel of our kitchen and master bath. We are extremely pleased with their pricing and the help they provided us during the very time consuming selection process for the granite and tile. The quality of their finished granite counter tops, the wood flooring and the tile work is absolutely exceptional.

Extremely disappointed. Went and paid for the 25 cent pavers and was going to pick them up later in the evening. First our order was not found when they were being picked up, the lady at the service desk never put a last name on the order after we confermed how to spell the name multiple times, thankfully the receipt was handy. Then she failed to say that they were on back order, so it was pointless to rush over from working in sun river all day to pick them up after being paid for. There were 4 bags of soil that were ordered with it. Was told by another employee that it was a will call and the order would be ready to picked up, it was not. After looking at the looking the pick up confirmation the wrong brick was ordered. Very frustrating!!! Will Not Be Going Back, Lowe's just gained another frequent coustomer.

Mike did an wonderful job. Not only was he timely with his estimate and scheduling, he also brought years of experience and know how. Clients were very happy with the final product!

Fantastic flooring contractor, probably the best one I've ever come across with. Their options are as if endless, I couldn't choose with all that freedom and options they presented. The customer service was very kind and polite and very professional. I highly recommend Color Tile for all of your flooring needs.

Poor execution. The owner is unprofessional and his missed every delivery date with our project. He was rude and condescending. We easily lost 30 days because of his lack of communication. The end product was just ok. The paint is chipping on every cabinet, and we're now forced to have a professional painter help us fix the cabinets after just 6 months! There are far better cabinet companies to work with locally. Shop around.
