Flooring

I HIGHLY recommend S & Floorcovering. They recently restored our wooden flooring, and it looks like new! They also advised how to care for it in the future. Great and timely Craftmanship! Thank you.

I had purchased a towel bar,and the holes did not meet with the glass doors.I came back to the store the next morning with my receipt and no problems credited my account and on my way.Nice! My only suggestion is they do need a better service counter to help customers.I had to go to the kitchen department and ask for someone to help me find the fittings.

We replaced the entire upstairs of our house from carpet to a laminate floor in early January. We got help in picking out a good quality floor and the price quote was excellent. Got it scheduled quick and the work was done quickly and the installers were very professional. I would highly recommend this company. Was always contacted quickly about any questions i had while our flooring was in route.

The return of a broken item went smooth and easy. Thanks Lowe's! The garden area looked amazing today.

This company was recommended by my leasing company. They receive two stars for doing a good job at cleaning the carpets but lose three for their poor communication and customer support. Upon completion of the job, I never received an invoice or a phone call regarding payment. To be honest, I forgot all about it as I was in the process of moving. Several months later I have a collection agency calling me regarding my late payment. Not a problem! I sent a check immediately. Weeks later, I receive another letter from the collection agency charging me additional fees and interest. I've called and tried to clear up the confusion but have yet to receive a phone call back. I ended up paying the collection agency (whom I would rate at a 5 star) and put a stop payment on the check. A less than ideal situation which could have been avoid with some tact and professionalism.

This is the place. Good prices and excellent service. Measuring happened next morning carpet ordered right after. So far so good.

Bob, the owner, was amazing! He helped us for two hours, going over different types of carpet and explaining things to consider when picking one. I have already told everyone I know that they should come here for anything flooring-related.

I highly recommend Buyright Carpet in Home of Vancouver. We have used them for carpet installation at my home in Vancouver, WA. They installed carpet on stairs and in three bedrooms in our home. Very professional and reasonable pricing. Great service and quality carpet.

Great space. Lots of items your looking for. Staff is friendly I love home depot.

The workers sent to complete job were not familiar with materials, tore out wood work that was not damaged, and did not replace it properly. My previously beautiful hardwood floor and baseboards now look shoddy. It is VERY easy to see where they worked (cracked and chipped baseboards) next to the original untouched work. A board (joiner?) was cracked and broken by them. They did not clean up materials when they left. They were in a great hurry to leave and tried to assure me all was done (I was upstairs). Needless to say, I insisted on coming down to look, but did not realize how much damage was done until later. (Furniture, decor, had been moved to hide some of the problems. I only saw major ones.) I don't know what to do next to address all these issues Only a fool would use these people a second time.

I stopped into Great Floors after getting the runaround from Home Depot. Matt McKenna to the rescue. I explained what I was looking for, Luxury Vinyl Plank, for my entire first floor and that it would also be installed on stairs. (This was more problematic than you would expect). He sent me home with a few different planks so I could see how they looked in my home. When I decided to move forward, he was able to beat the quote provided by Home Depot. I was hopeful of a very tight install timeframe and they found a way to make it work. It included Matt having to pick up the special stair-nose pieces in Seattle which I so appreciated. The installers were very nice and other than arriving about 90 minutes after they were supposed to, they worked hard and did a great job. Despite being late, they finished it all in one day. It's been about a month since installation and I love the floors. They look fantastic. The pic of the stairs was prior to them being swept - they had just been installed. I'm super happy with the new floors and would recommend Matt and Great Floors to anyone in the market.

Knowledgeable sales staff, huge selection of stock carpet, hardwood, laminate and vinyl.

Matt and Dana are great people and very knowledgeable and understanding

Horrible customer service! I am a Chinese American living in the U.S. for my entire life, also currently serving the U.S. Military, one of their sells person made a very bad racist joke right in front of my face and the next day when I mentioned over the phone and the guy hung up on me and never answered. Don't go!
