We got a quartz counter at a good price, installers did a great job, and Joe was very helpful and nice. We decided to order 1200+ sqrt of engineered floor and trim because of our first experience. JK's price on the flooring was hard to beat and we're very happy with what we ordered.

Mike is my "go to" guy for flooring needs. I know he'll be able to provide the floor and installation I need, and I'll be happy with the result.

Don't do it, worst experience ever. Spoke to Ian only during the initial sale and never again, even after calls. The net was dropped shipped on my driveway. I was told it would take 1 day to complete. Ian sent two people to do the installation.They left half way through because they were only paid for a "certain amt of time", Ian told me it was because they didn't have the right tool. All this time, the massive basketball equipment was sitting on my driveway. They return on day 2 only to do a shabby installation job (poor concrete finish with no border or structure). AND they left ALL the garbage and packaging behind, large skid and massive boxes. They did not provide any instructions on how to use the net. Not knowing how to fully lower the net (they didn't tell us how to remove the safety pin), a part of the basketball frame got a little damaged. I called Ian to come and fix the frame - he lied and said his installers gave my wife the instructions..even though they did not. So implying that I like to destroy my own property. I called Ian again and said i was shocked that I'm left to remove the industrial garbage and for him to come and remove the garbage. He didn't return my calls. These guys are a scam and do poor quality work and have no customer service. Be aware..alarm bells should have sounded off, when he was the only one available who can do the work in short notice.
