I would like to commend JAMIE, a Lowe's employee! On May 20, 2018, he went out of way to help us purchase a lawnmower. There was only the display model left so he lifted it down, printed out the manual, went to the checkout with us to report the price and then loaded it in the car!! Thank you to JAMIE an thank you to Lowe's for hiring such a good man! Barb and Karen from Burien

American #1 Hardwood Floors

Andy and his team did an excellent job on our hardwood floors. They are fast and incredibly efficient while holding themselves to a high standard of quality and craftsmanship. He was able to patch our hardwoods in the middle of our living space where we took a wall down and the floors seamlessly blend right in. Andy was very accommodating of our tight timeline. We will definitely be hiring Andy's crew for any work we need on our floors for years to come and highly recommend his services!

Walked in, found the area where I needed to be. Employee was in the area and was able to answer questions. Bought it and went right to self serve checkout. Person overseeing the area asked if I wanted the insurance and signed me up. In and out. Hopefully the product works as advertised.

The tool rentel department has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude, when returning a Penske truck. I don't think they represent the quality that is usually involved with renting through Penske.

Wonderful selection of tiles (all types), wood flooring, carpets, trims and accessories for all products that they carry. Samples available to take home for 3 days. Salespeople available to assist and answer your questions but you can just wander around and look/browse. Nobody breathing down your neck to try and make a sale. You are free to take pictures. Spent about 2 hours just looking at all the different types of tiles. Will most likely make a purchase from them.
