Frustrating that the employees working returns are not aware of the return policies for the Kobalt tools they sell. The girls at the counter were nice, but uninformed. I spoke with the manager afterward to inform her that her employees were in need of some training regarding the STORE'S 1-year, no question, return policy on their Kobalt set (not sure if this is still offered). I was met with a lot of attitude and finger pointing about my role in forgetting the charger, which I discussed with her employees. She never assisted me in verifying that the store actually would refund my money. I was very frustrated thinking that Lowes had conned me into buying a product based on the promise that I could return it within the year for any reason. The man in the tool department is the only person who was aware of the return policy and assured that me that I would have no troubles returning the product for a full refund.

On Friday, August 13th I left my house at approximately 10:00 am. When I returned an hour later there was a huge pile of crushed rock at the entrance of my driveway blocking access to my house. A couple of hours later (approximately 12:00 to 1:00PM) a dump truck pulled up on the side of the road. The driver got out and explained that the load of rock was dropped off by accident. After a bit of conversation, I gave the driver my business card and asked him to have his employer call me) or email me) to arrange to move the rock. Note: I specifically told the driver (twice) that the email and phone number on the card was valid, but the physical address was no longer in use. Never heard a thing. No email. No messages. Nothing. I eventually had to hire someone at a cost of $300, including 20 hours of my own time to clean up the mess. My husband and I recently moved to Roseville and had 916 Floors replace the carpeting on the stairs and all the bedrooms in our new house. They did a fantastic job of leveling the floors and matching up the floor to the existing floor in the rest of the house. Not only that, but they were very responsive, extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them for your flooring needs!
