Always late on delivery… Most of the employees are full of it don’t really give a damn about their customers very lazy!

I worked here for four months. I was treated like a redheaded stepchild put out in the cold for not eating his food! I was disrespected by several people that work there making my deliveries to them, the boss would forget to rent my hotel rooms I’ll be sitting well people look for him, he also lied to me about several things! My three month probation turned into a six-month probation 4 months after I worked there cause he didn’t have a meeting with me after three months and he said my time management was bad! His old driver used to break the law I won’t do it! I am a professional driver and this company lacks integrity and ethics! If you’re thinking of driving for them be careful, they will push your books! And they are not ELD compliant! The boss refused to do it! BigRigJim

Box stores are usually get in/out wthout asking questions or plan on waiting. As a Contractor and a Floor Manager of a Home Improvement Center (in my early twenties), I appreciate the value of a competent floor staff. HD Norte Dame in Chico has about as friendly and knowledgeable a crew as can be expected in this type of retail venue. The stock is the stock, and online shopping (with my limited experience) requires a bit of savvy.

This stores costumer service is very poor. Me and my family had to haul 20 bags of mulch to our car, and had barely any help. We even asked the cashier if we could get some help and no one came until the end where the same cashier came out and put some of the last ones in our car.

Grant gave me a price for installing flooring of $1800.00. Three times during the process, the scope of the job changed. Each time I asked him how much more it would cost and he said "it will only take me an hour or so", it won't take me that long", "that's nothing, I won't charge you for that". His hourly rate is $65.00. At the end of the job we were charged an additional $1560.00 in labor for prepping. When I tried to show him that prepping was included in the original bid, he became aggressive repeating all the time he had put into the job. We have much more work to do, but we won't be using Grant. His work was mediocre at best and he actually damaged one of the floors he was supposed to be doing. We are hiring another contractor to do the job.

The owner of the store saved us a lot! We hired them to build out our dance studio (to put floors, carpets and much much more). without them it would be much more expansive and longer! they were on time and delivered all the promises!!
