Finding stuff at Home Depot isn't the problem. Trying to work with Customer Service is a nightmare-absinthe-fever dream. I purchased a cabinet, and had it delivered to my apartment. Upon opening, I noticed that it had a crack in the back. Annoying, but it happens. Then I tried to arrange a pickup and return... (All calls include hold times of 5-15min) Call 1: On hold for 10min, then the system hung up on me. Failure! Call 2: Spoke with an associate, who told me that she would have to speak to a supervisor and call me back. No call back. Failure! Call 3: Repeat of Call 2. Received call back later that day to arrange pickup of item. Success! Item was picked up.... But they didn't credit my account for the return. Failure! Back to the phone lines. Call 4: See Call 2, with a proposed call back in 15min. Failure! Call 5: Okay, this hold was 35min. I had stuff to do, and hung up. My fault for having valuable time. Stay tuned. My cretinous tale of woe has not yet ended! UPDATE: Call 6: Reached an associate, issue resolved, expect credit in 3-5 business days. Let's see what happens. ---Three days later, credit was received. Now if I could just be compensated for all my wasted time...

I'm done shopping at Lowe's. Citrus Heights is terrible. Purchased a lawn mower there they didn't enter information like they said they would 7 months later it quit working and they want $125 just to look at it. Bought a Frigidaire they brought it to us damaged then I had to jump through hoops and wait an additional week to have it delivered which cost me more money. I purchased a cordless weed eater there and work for 3 months then stopped working and after numerous phone calls and run arounds I just threw it in the garbage they don't back any of their products are terrible I'd rather drive out of my way which I did this afternoon 12 miles to Home Depot in Roseville piss off Lowe's.
