Purchased our engineered hardwood flooring here. The owner was very knowledgeable and let us take our time spreading samples all over the floor while we were making our decision.

They always have what I need and then some..

We have been shopping for a hardwood floor since July. Everyone at Empire Floors has been so helpful. We felt bad we kept coming in and checking out samples as we couldn't make up our minds. They told us to think of their showroom as a library. Finally we decided on a hickory floor which was the first one we looked at but every time we walked in the store everyone smiled and was glad to see us. They would say "take your time, it is an important decision." The floor turned out perfect. We felt like we got to know everyone including the installers who were so thoughtful. Everyone who comes over can't believe how much larger our house looks now. We are very happy.

I heard about Angel's Floor Coverings from a property manager in Santa Rosa. I had purchased a rental property that needed carpeting and interior paint. Based on their very reasonable estimate, I expected that I would be satisfied with their work, but I didn't expect the final product would be amazing. Well, it was! They truly exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work was first rate. The workers showed up and finished on time. Hernan, who supervised the project, was very helpful and easy to reach by phone or email. I got the impression they really wanted to please us. When it comes time to paint the exterior, I'll be calling Angel's. The same goes for future painting and flooring needs at my residence.

We are so pleased with All Pro Floors! The price was competitive. The work was done in a timely manner and with quality workmanship. All Pro got the material quickly, worked around our scheduling needs and completed the entire process faster than the last carpet company we used placed the order. We felt like our house was “cared” for. Ron did a great job on the work and Marya always responded to our needs quickly. The entire company was top notch.

THE WORST EVER VERY BAD!!!!!!! .We have been going through a remodel for the last 8 mos,we had picked out all of our counter tops when it came time to install them, we get a call and tell us we cant get what you wanted, so we pick out other style tell us no problem, then another call we don't have enough to complete your order, so we pick out other colors and styles a total of four to cover our bases, so low and behold of the four they could only supply one color and had enough to do our job, mind you this started in Feb and now it is Aug, so we had paid for them to install and do all the holes for items needed, the start of aug it is installed , I get home and it looks good, but guess what they did not cut a hole for my soap dispenser, that I had paid to get done back in Feb I go down to the store to tell them you for got to drill the 3rd hole for my soap dispenser, and Sue who runs the place tells me no no no you no pay I show her my invoice and it shows it includes all fabrication she say no no that not included if you want I charge you $50.00 dollars more to have it done. buy this time I am very angry with them that I just walk out and think now I will do it my self. so just want all of you to know buyer beware of the shady practice. of how they do business I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL STAY AWAY FROM THEM
