It took them a day longer then they said it would to install the carpet. A week after the carpet was installed there was defect in the carpet. When I called to let them know that there was a problem with the carpet. They didn't return any phone calls. Finally my friend's son went to the store to try and solve this problem. They sent a man to the house and he cut out the defective carpet. He left a hole in the middle of the living room floor and didn't repair it. After I was told that they would get back to me and never did. I was forced to call Conklin Brothers and they were out the next day to fix the job Carpet One didn't want to deal with. As soon as Carpet one was paid they were gone. Conklin Brothers were much more professional then Carpet One. Once the check cleared I never did hear back from Carpet One.

I had Steve come out and give me an estimate for a screen and coat job on my Kahrs Swedish hardwood floors. Terry came out and put down a coat of satin finish, he did a great job, however it was not what we wanted. Steve came out and saw that we were disappointed with the finish and had Terry come out a couple of days later and he did a new screen and coat and it was a beautiful job with a semi-gloss urethane. We were very happy, and although they came out twice and used very expensive Bona Traffic urethane each time, he didn't even want to charge extra. Their prices are lower than other places we contacted. Believe me, this is a class act! Highly recommended! Allen Cunningham Windsor, CA

Mark and his team re-floored our stairs and our upstairs floors. His team was efficient, pleasant to be around, clean-at-end-of-each-day, and the finished floor is beautiful, easy to clean, and durable. Good vibes all around, including the floor we live on.

I've used the Wholesale House, for flooring and carpet, several times beginning in 1987 through today. They, Gail and Heidi, are always very helpful start to finish. The prices are the best and they loan out large size samples.
