This guy did tile work at my neighbors home, trespassed onto my property and poured the waste water and sludge from his tile job down my storm drain. At first we left a note asking to stop, the next day the note was gone and he did it again.
When confronted, he refused to clean up the mess he made.

Fabulous job!! Mark and his crew installed laminate flooring in our bedroom and refinished the hardwood floors in our living room and guest rooms. It is amazing what the finished product looked like. The floors are beautiful! They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and cleaned up everything. Mark was also very helpful in his suggestions. They fixed all of the issues that came up. Showed up at 11 on Saturday when they were suppose to be open (including their posted store hours on the building) and waited 15 minutes, but they never opened up. Never returned my phone calls (left two messages). Called during normal business hours, no one answered the phone or called me back.

Great personal service. When I bought the wrong adapters for our R.V's, KEN, from electrical dept, was more than helpful when he came outside, in the rain to grab what I had purchased. Then went back in & picked out the correct adapter, handled the exchange, the brought it back outside to the rain soaked parking lot.
All so I didn't have to mess with getting the wheelchair in & out of the car.

We purchased plank oiled oak flooring from the folks at Empire here in Novato. The woman who assisted us was helpful and knowledgeable. The installers were FAST and did a great job. And the flooring is fantastic!
