The installers had to come back a few times due to some issues with our stove top and kitchen plumbing. They still managed to finish the work on time despite the unforeseen circumstances. Also great quality of work overall.

Recently bought a gorgeous area rug at the store but when I got it home it was too small. Exchanged for larger size but then the colors were not exactly right. Bruce MacLean, the flooring sales manager was excellent to deal with. No pressure, excellent customer service. Staff loaded/unloaded my car, both times. Bruce even called to see if I was happy with the larger rug. Who does that these days? I would recommend this store for their wide selection of area rugs. Ask for Bruce, he will help you make the right choice for your home. I'll be back.

Seriously a great experience... lots of experience, and lots of great suggestions to put all the right pieces into our home... reliable time mgmt, and the tile setters were amazing... especially Bernadette... didn't even know she had been here based on how well she kept the work area clean, and the tile work from all the tile setters was awesome! Very happy with how everything turned out!
