Very impressed with the service at this store! I was doing some plumbing (soldering) and was having some issues with my propane torch. When I asked what the problem could be, one of the staff helped trouble shoot the problem--actually opening up a brand new torch to compare and swap parts to see what the problem might be. I've never had this kind of great service from a building supply store before. Much appreciated! I'll be back.

Excellent customer service, these guys go out of their way to help. We buy all our trim and specialty wood from here and the help we receive is top notch, pardon the pun.

As soon as you walk in, they help you go through many choices, and focus on value and what might work for you rather than trying to find the highest cost option. Friendly, helpful, and well stocked with samples made our life much easier.

Home improvement stores are always a bit intimidating and large. Trying to figure out where an item might be located is often perplexing, however, we made out yesterday with an employee who was happy to take us all over the store to find the items we needed to start laying out pathways in our yard. The checkout person was also helpful. I know it can be hit and miss when going to these stores, but we hit yesterday. We'll be going back.

Huge kudos out to Carla! Thanks to her diligent assistance we built our 10" x 12" deck ourselves from start to finish. When we ran into a really frustrating snag at the end with the gazebo at the end Carla sprang into action and she calmed us down and helped us figure out exactly what the problem was. Deck is done and beautiful! Thanks Carla we couldn't have done it without you :)
