April and the rest of the team at Home Hardware have always been polite, professional and extremely helpful in any way. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

After moving into a new home, I knew that I needed to have some flooring matched and brought across some of the rooms in our home. While it was a small sq footage, I found the exact flooring I needed and communicated with the owner via text to get everything squared away. He did give me the best bid out of two other companies so we scheduled a date and all was good. The day of install, he showed up and got to work and while the floor install themselves seems ok, the aftermath was definitely not. Our house was left a disaster. His phone was ringing all afternoon from someone who wanted him to basically hurry to go out of town for the 4th, so he swept a little bit and then left. WE had to sweep and dust and clean for days just to get the floor to be somewhat clean. We found finishing nails on the floor and some of the walls chipped. It was a mess. Once everything was said and done, I noticed some gapping on the floors, some scratches on the floors (like things had been dropped), and a few knicks that needed repair. Not to mention, I was not under the impression that the base board molding would not be put back on by them and finished and I was supposed to hire someone else to do it? I didn't appreciate the attitude I received back. Their response was because they had charged me so little, I should have enough money to bring someone else in to fix the molding? They blamed myself and my movers for the scratches and chips in the floor. It was ridiculous. Would not recommend them to anyone.

We had a deadline to get carpet replaced and they were so accommodating in getting it done on our timeline. Sterling helped us through the whole process and he was so helpful! Would definitely use them again.

We had Bolder Image Floors install countertops throughout the house - kitchen, two linen areas, and three bathrooms. They also did the backslashes, flooring in two bathrooms, and installed the fixtures we bought. Jeff was patient and really helped us through the whole process so we could choose just the right materials. Baki and his team were amazing throughout the installation and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Even when there were hiccups, they were able to address them and fix it right away. Every project is going to run into some issue or other. It is how the company responds and partners with you that is a true reflection of their character. Jeff and the team were true partners.

Great store! Great people working here. I came in picked carpet and had it installed within three weeks. If you need carpet and want quality material and great installers this is the place to visit.

I go to Windsor plywood often. They seem to have the best prices on treated lumber. Home Depot and Home Hardware are more expensive. Pete who works there is an amazing person. He is always smiling at least when I'm there. He is knowledgeable and eager to help you out. At Home Depot you have to hunt down an associate and they are always understaffed.
