Flooring

I won compensation from this outfit after they did an awful job of my flooring then attempted to distance themselves from me in the hope I would give up and go away. I didn't. During my research in setting up my case with the Lawyer , I was astounded at the number of people who had issues with them including many people in the industry. By the time my flooring was finally rectified by a reputable outfit , the stories I heard about them were overwhelmingly negative. Breathtakingly so in fact. Avoid.

Took 3 months and 3 attempts to get right because in to much of hurry and didn't prep sub floor. Had to walk over floor that's coming apart for three months because didn't level sub floor. Would not recommend.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and experienced.

Have purchased lots of home reno stuff through united floors, always helpful and courteous staff. Good prices and the installation was excellent

My husband I went to check out the big box stores, thinking that we could make our decision easily and then just get it installed. WRONG. There was no one to talk to and waaaay to many questions that needed answering. We went to End of the Roll and within minutes Eva was showing us everything we needed to see. She listened to us describe the daughter whose room it was and she had amazing ideas and products. She showed us everything from budget to high end so we could balance our bankbook and quality needs. She was especially helpful with colour choices and we LOVE the result. My daughters room is cozy, sophisticated and didn't break my bank! Personalized service makes all the difference! Thanks Eva!

Top notch, the ladies were great and helped us save some money on new carpet for our rental. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service, terrible tree products, disgusting restrooms.

Had to do an exchange...quick and pleasant with all paper work

When I'm searching for something, I always go to Pioneer Home Hardware. 99% of the time they have it. Great staff too.

Waited for 45 minutes in the store to enquire about some sliding closet doors on sale..left.decided these would in fact work after measuring the space, so called the store back after 7 minutes of voice ads the same woman answeres and i gave her the name of the doors and the bar code. I wanted to pay for them using my HD card. She explained she'd call me right back when she finishes with the current customer. 2 1/2 hours later I call again..this time a young man says ..yes o have the information. I have to run and get them and I'll call you right back.. I wait a further 1 1/2 hours again and call back only to find the store is now closed. Really?? Terrible service..

It is the best store in town.

Always had great service when I'm there

We are beyond impressed with the knowledge and openess of the End of the Roll team. They even remembered our dog's name last time we stopped in. We are looking forward to working with them to transform our home.

Got a good price for installation and floors, owner is very professional! Install in 2 weeks. High quality floors! Stay away from dream carpet quality! They charge less but you get what you pay for.

My husband and i have dealt with the North Vancouver branch a number of times over the years. Always received par excellence service and professional, friendly help from all staff in particular Maureen.I have recommended them to many friends with great confidence
