Flooring

Awesome small town store, competes well on most things with the larger city stores- and GREAT personable service- highly recommended

I found the store to be completely unorganized. Every deal that I needed from the flier was really hard to find or they didn't have, and if they had it was way on the top shelf that was impossible to get at. (You would think they would have their weekly deals in the center isles like every other store!) We walked around the store for about 20 minutes before we were asked if we needed any help, and it was not due to lack of employees. Lots of employees doing nothing, Will not shop there again.

Good selection and prices plus helpful staff

An absolute amazing company run by absolutely amazing people.

Super friendly family owned hardware store. Small but awesome.

Great!

Come visit us for an amazing selection of area rugs, vinyl planks, carpets and hardwood floors..... oh yeah and let's not forget the "Ends of the Roll"!

Good company to deal with. Leigh was very helpful and personable. Greg is a meticulous tiler. We are thrilled with our ensuite reno.

There's a great mix of "made new to look old" and just straight up old, (: You pay the price, for sure, but the quality and uniqueness is awesome and the Wilma is very friendly. Would totally recommend if you want a cast iron deer head that holds toilet paper: amazing!

We renovated our ensuite and walk-in closet. We did all our planning in advance purchased fixtures, shower door, shower seat. Heard a lot about the supply chain and problems getting stock, so we purchased everything before we started. I am a tradesman and was able to do most of the work my self. I had seen Glenn Garvie set tile a few times and he was the only one I wanted to do the job. Listening to him explain to others what he was doing, how he was going to do it, as well as the pros and cons. Confident he would do a good job, I got scheduled in; the wait was three weeks; no problem I had other things to work on. Besides, everyone is busy juggling schedules, delays with material, etc. Three weeks later he started. Glenn was better than I remembered. Unbelievably accurate with his planning and cutting. My partner picked out the tile earlier and we were not sure how it would look, but Glenn made it look magnificent. A terrific job !!

Great service and very friendly staff. Albert in the lumber yard was very helpful and was very friendly to chat with and goes above and beyond.

top quality products, super customer friendly family company ! bought 2500 sq.ft cedar decking and cedar paneling when renovating

Great staff and good selection. Like all big stores, it can be tough to get help when they get busy but I like shopping Canadian.

Super friendly staff at this location and willing to work with you towards achieving your project goal at a fair price. Does not have all the stock as larger Rona centers however will order in what you're looking for. Also has a small garden center outside as well as lumber yard

great service from all the guys and they always stock the kind products that you can't get anywhere else. When I start a renovation, this is the first place I go to for ideas.

Helpful staff. Will happily order whatever they dont have in stock.

Awesome customer service. And a great selection of items.

I went there to get a pole extension that was in the WL flyer on sale. In Kamloops they didn't even have flyers. So I could buy it only for a regular price. Funny because other stuff what was in the flyer was on sale. Some of the staff wasn't really friendly.
