I've never encountered a store manager, Dylan and staff that are this outstanding! They go more than the extra mile!!! The furniture and the prices are great too. While I was there, I spoke to another customer. He and his wife had checked out "sales", at other stores. They had returned and ended up furnishing their whole house from here. I highly suggest this store to everyone. My appreciation, of the treatment I received here is limitless. Much thanks!!!

Eh not bad

Finns did a fantastic job reupholstering my grandmothers chair. It has been in the family for 4 generations and now looks like brand new! I can't thank Jef and his team enough!

Kevin from KM Service Facilities, is a true London Community Member, with a generous heart. Kevin has generously donated us our office furniture, and went over and beyond to ensure we all of our needs met. has been there for us to assist us, as well as connecting us to other community members. Our office place was mixed matched, outdated and drab. Kevin was eager and willing to gather other community members to come together to transform our office space, into a warm and welcoming home for our staff, volunteers, mothers and children. great prices , quality craftsmanship and super friendly.

Fantastic service from Matt and his team. This is a family owned business that has been around for several generations. We have used them a number of times - to restore several of my grandparents antique tables (including one that had a warped top), reupholstering dining room chairs and recently for a delicate coffee and end table set - all of which came out very well. They stand behind their work too. They're busy folks so can't always answer the office phone. Definitely leave a message or drop by for best service.
