Excellent customer relations. Very helpful

They had the makeup hair dye perfume closed off. I needed hair dye and couldn't get to it. I also wanted perfume. If I ever shop there again it will have to be a good reason. This walmart sucks. Twice this walmart has annoyed me. Don't need a third. But if ur going Dec 22 today for any of the above mentioned. Go somewhere else.

Great prices on quality carpet and furniture. Excellent installers.

Good deal on two twin mattresses.

Owner is very friendly and helpful, heck he'll even let you borrow his truck if your near by and need to pick up a bed or furniture.

Company completely screwed the pooch on customer service. I purchased a $300 stool that had the foot rest break within 1 year (I'm a tick over 200 lbs so I'd hardly call it undue strain). Tried to cash in the warranty for a fix and a month later I still do not have the correct part and I can't get an email response. We've spent thousands of dollars with them and this is really what we get? Service is important. It totally baffles me how companies just do not get this. Anyway, opportunity to retain a customer turned into a lost customer for life who left a bad review. Good business model.

We had a wonderful experience at Bobs today, Shawna R. Was so helpful and knowledgeable about the recliner lift chair we were looking at. The remote was not working for the chair and Shawna went to three different chairs until she found the remote that works. We appreciate all her hard work and such wonderful customer service. Thank you again and we will be back!

Good price. quality products. Free installation. Only charges on delivery over 15 miles.

My wife and I worked with Mary she was an amazing sales associate she helped us with our day one purchase and we loved her so much that when we need it two more couches we came back the very next day and asked specifically for Mary! Our experience with Bob's furniture was amazing we got two couches two beds and a coffee table and everyone in the store was amazing from the staff that took our payment to the amazing sales associate Mary I honestly couldn't say any better things about this place, but thank you!

Incredibly rude individual! He gave me his price for a house call to check my dryer and before i could comment he says "if thats to much then go find someone else"! Im just stunned! Does not even deserve the 1 star!
