Chris and Mark installed a fireplace, hearth and furnace for us at our cottage in Holland center. They were professional and excellent at their job. Paul Wilson was great to deal with and understanding of what how we wanted to heat our place. Highly recommend this business.

Amazing upholsterer

I ordered two night tables in September 2018 and still have not received them in December 2018!! Was promised the tables would be ready in six weeks. Very very poor customer service. Seems like they do not want to do business - period!!! Who wants to wait 12 weeks plus for furniture???? I have cancelled my order and will NEVER do business with Vokes again.

I have shopped here many times. I have purchased smaller accessories and artwork at very reasonable prices (especially for Muskoka). My goal is to purchase some of the beautiful furniture displayed in the store. Staff have always been helpful and friendly.

Jim is a delightful man that produces very fine quality refinished furniture. Highly recommended.

This is the best store I've seen in a long time

I had a great experience shopping here. Nora was very patient, friendly and would go an extra mile for a customer. They have reasonable prices, better than all the big stores out there. But most of all, I got a high quality luxury round bed and a 5pieces dining set that would have cost me a fortune. If you are looking for saving on high quality furniture, this is your place.

Great service and great product! I purchased several Muskoka chairs and a beautiful bed recently from Port Carling Woodworks and put them to use almost immediately. The owners were wonderful to work with, delivered, and even set up the bed with a minimum of fuss, (and took away the packaging). The chairs are crafted by the owner out of recycled plastic and are very durable, comfortable, and great to look at! I will definitely return in future. Thanks Marina and Joe!
