Very poor customer service. They never answer their phone Lies about the delivery time Bought sofas and I was told it would be delivered in two weeks but it took them months. They wouldn't answer their phone to inquire about it so every time I had to go In person to inquire.

I had the great pleasure of being assisted by UT as my husband and I were buying our first couch in our first home together. UTs customer service, people skills and great understanding of his client’s needs are unlike I have experienced before. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the couch we had envisioned for our place. He was extremely professional, personable and accommodating in every way he could. I highly recommend this place for the great items they have and they unmatched experience you will have with UT. We will definitely be shopping there again and will recommend to our friends also!

After looking at many furniture stores in GTA I found the black velvet set at this store. Was very impressed with their customer service quality of the furniture and prices. Delivery was fast and professional. Highly recommended.

I see some bad reviews so thiought to add my own. Ordered a bedroom set 9 pieces Queen plus mattress and L shaped living room sofa. I insisted all was to be assembled. Delivery came on time and had service elevator booked but it failed. So team had to wrestle with different entry point and public elevators. No complaints. All was assembled in short order and all boxes removed. I am very pleased. Atul at store phoned next day to know my feelings. All good and will continue to do business. One year later sorry to report all furniture either fell apart or self destructed like table top veneer bubbles up so bad . Beware quality sucks with very cheap made materials

I would say this place is furniture heaven. Mike is so so helpful and very knowledgeable. He spent 4 hours with us and satisfied all our needs. He has great sense of interior decoration too. The best furniture at the best price in this whole GTA I would say. I went to so many places but found everything here.

I bought a sofa and bed room set and some other furniture from Brick outlet yesterday. We got a reasonable price than compare to other stores. Full set of Sofa under $1000 I think it’s a great price. Moe and Satish was really helpful to find the furniture and explain the price different as well, thank you guys!! Within 3 hours I bought all the furniture’s under my budget.

I wish I could give no ZERO stars... These people are liars and thieves!! Do not trust them with your money or time. My mother bought couches from them a week ago. She gave them $1500 and was told she would receive her couches the following week. My mother called them several times and there was no answer. She went to visit the store to only find it empty with no one or any furniture!! I'm shocked that there's some evil businesses out there that would take someone's hard earned money and just up and leave like that!! Do not trust them!

I don’t know what’s all these bad reviews the place is getting, I have been a regular costumer and every time I come my sales associate is Abdul, I recently came to the store over a year later and Abdul remembered me and my husband very well from the last visit we had. Abdul is very polite and patient and he gave us a very great deal in the bed I wanted to buy, he arranged delivery and all my items came correctly and on time on the day of the delivery. The delivery guys were very nice, I couldn’t lift anything heavy so I asked him if he can move my stuff out of the way from my bedroom. They assembled everything and they also cleaned up after themselves, they took all their garbages with themselves even though in the bill it clearly stated that the delivery/assembling guys are not responsible in throwing out any of the boxing or cleaning up after themselves. I would give them more stars if I could.

Canadian made & great quality with a large selection of styles to choose from. Consider this store when shopping for furniture

I strongly recommend Midha furniture shop to everyone. They are very good people and deal nicely and always try to make best deal for you. We are all praise for them.

I had a sofa and small lazy boy Bed settee covered. The material was excellent. Although it waited some time to be finished, they were beautiful. I just love the workmanship.
