We bought A LOT of furniture from the north queen location. The sales person told us that our order will be ready for pick up by October6. We dropped by on October 4 to look at more stuff and just to follow up on our order. Then, the guy assisting us named KEVIN said our orders aren’t available until October 11. We placed our order September 23 and it won’t be available until 3 weeks? And we were told when we purchased to pick it up Oct.6. Good thing we checked or else we would waste our time. We booked the day off on Oct6 because we know the delivery is coming. We were willing to wait even it means inconvenience to us. But KEVIN was very defensive and rude, saying YOUR ORDER IS ALL THE WAY FROM MONTREAL!! DONT YOU UNDERSTAND? I Told him we understand! But we are upset that they told us that it is ready in 2 days. He was arrogant and rude. So we just decided to cancel our order. If he wasn’t rude, we would wait for the order anyway bec we really like everything. Too bad they lost a lot of money and sales. They don’t deserve our money because of their attitude.

Excellent furniture. Very good for small spaces

i went there to buy a queen size bed frame(great quality, best price) this morning, and then i ordered a black real leather sectional sofa( the back can be adjusted ) by the way. i paid 30% deposit, and paid the balance on delivery. they delivered them in the afternoon today. They are fantastic. I am really like my furniture.

Good service. We bought a chest of drawers but it was chipped. Sam immediately ordered a new one and we were able to pick it up the next day. You'll find the cheapest price for a chest (of drawers) here.

I got great service at this place! I asked them to customize a dining table for me (non-standard size) and guarantee delivery by a certain date. They did both with no issues! They were honest and realistic about what they could deliver and they followed through. Glad I went there! :)

This review score is strictly for their customer service post purchase. Rescheduling a delivery date with them is one of the most annoying things I’ve ever had to do and the problems could have been completely avoidable
