Not sure what others are talking about in regards to the staff. It's refreshing to walk in to a store and not be asked by every single employee if you need help. I was able to browse on my own time and when I had a question I asked a sales person. Everyone was lovely and helpful.

Found what I was looking for, multiple product lines.

Our recent experience with the Brick was excellent. Salesperson Maxine was extremely friendly, patient and helpful in assisting our selection of a couch, chair and mattress. The delivery later arrived on time and was quickly set up by the delivery people. We searched a long time for the quality and comfort of the furniture we found finally found at the Brick. Thanks Maxine!

This greatly helped to narrow our choices. We found a tremendous selection of furniture and home decor, including Canadian manufacturers. Their showrooms are beautiful and customer service is paramount. The delivery staff were professional and friendly and our entire experience with James Reid Furniture was exceptionally satisfying.

It's ok if you don't mind paying triple or more for what you get. But some people have bad or no credit. And therefore, have no choice but to go here. In my opinion it's borderline "EXTORTION"
