We visited Tim Cote at the Sarnia Sleep Country location in search of a new adjustable frame and mattress. We walked through the door already overwhelmed by the options available but Tim greeted us with a smile and offer of help.
Tim is a mattress MASTER! He was able to steer us to ideal options without climbing in and out of a million beds, which given our physical limitations was very much appreciated! The staff at Sleep Country were very accommodating and understanding in every respect.
Mr. Cote made the process as easy as possible. He helped generate and submit quotes. Tim problem solved every issue that came up and usually had options for a solution before calling us back!
The genuine staff truly set the experience at Sleep Country apart from competitors and now we know why we won’t buy a mattress anywhere else!

Today Katelyn Kettle-Houle showed us several mattresses and box springs and helped us to find a bed that felt comfortable and met our needs. Katelyn was very knowledgeable and confident in the subject of beds, frames, mattress protectors, warranties, pillows and bedding. She explained each and every product thoroughly and let us take the time to try our favorites and discuss our options. We are pleased that we finally ended up purchasing a Serta iComfort Ermano bed. I highly recommend Katelyn if you are looking for an education in mattresses.
