Have shopped in this store numerous times and you wont find a better product for what you pay. I always feel like I am getting great value and products are amazing quality. The owners are genuine and stand behind their products. Highly recommended.

I had an awful experience at Leone's Furniture. I bought a bed from Leon's and during the delivery day, delivery people made a bad scratch on my brand new painted wall. I found them very unprofessional. When they opened the box, I found the footboard was broken. I called to customer service and guess what, I got a schedule for replacement after a month. This misery was not ended, during the delivery day I got a whole day appointment although I have been told that I will get a time frame for the delivery night before the delivery but reality was quite different. Until 6 pm of the delivery day when I did not receive any call from the delivery person, I called to the store again to get some information but their receptionist did not have any clue about the delivery, which was very frustrating. After then, I got a call from delivery driver around 6.30 and they said they will be coming tonight but not sure when, it could an hour or 2/3 hours. These people does not know any manner or professionalism when they talk to a loyal customer. In fact, the whole situation was handled by the management very unprofessionally. I was tired of all these drama and told the store I do not need this footboard anymore and preferred to keep the broken foot board. Later, I bought over 14K dollars furniture from 'The Brick' and every single transaction was handled very smoothly and professionally (see my review on The Brick site). I regret for wasting my time and energy at Leone's and will never ever go there, does not matter how lucrative their offers.

Called Kingston location to arrange for pick up of my used but still functioning washer/dryer and stove/fridge that I was donating to them. Next time please send movers who will actually do their job... also never received the tax receipt you guys promised. lousy service... I should've just left my appliances by the curb.

Bought a couch there recently. Price was right after a couple of days of negotiating. Building is run down but product is ok. Word of caution they do not accept credit cards cash only

I love Jysk but this store is not my fav. Trying to find an item with its price has proven to be more than difficult. Also, finding a staff to help you with purchasing beds or furniture is enough to frustrate anyone. I will definitely order my products online for pick up next time.
