Friendly and Helpful

This store was just okay. The furniture was beautiful - higher end prices. The service wasn't that great as there were multiple employees and no one greeted us as we walked around the entire store. The store is dark and closed concept. A little uncomfortable and difficult to picture the furniture correctly in the dark lighting.

Excellent company the guys are very helpful and respectful they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the quality of work and the outcome would highly recommend

Received our delivery a few days ago, just before christmas as promised. the delivery guys were amazing, very polite and professional. We love our New Bedroom set....Definitely recommend this store to our friends!!

The best service and very high quality.

If your reading this, it means your relatively concerned about what you do with your money. I wouldn’t eat at a restaurant with a rating this low, take your money elsewhere. The taste of a good deal went instantly sour, ended up getting a full refund. The day we went to get our refund, there banking institution said they had reached their daily refund limit, they had to issue a check.. wow The comment below is for show, they don’t respond, and even there corporate office never returned our calls either.

This store has a lot more to offer than just patio furniture. They also sell accessories and smaller sized indoor furniture for your home that is suited for either smaller rooms or Condos. I wish that my husband and I knew about this store years ago as we live in a small space and their selection would have worked better for us since they have smaller sofas, side chairs and futons etc. Their furniture is sophisticated but still practical as well. What I find surprising about such an upscale store, is that the staff do not talk to you unless you talk to them first. They do not even say hello when you walk into the door! However, once you do start a conversation with their staff, they are very friendly and helpful. In fact, they will go out of their way to help you. After speaking / working with the staff here, you really want to come back and shop at Dot Furniture again!

Great prices limited selection but different

I'm not sure why they're bad reviews on here! Easyhome Newmarket has done nothing but help me and my family out when we've needed them. The staff are all great & super friendly! Especially Jenn she's always so cheerful everytime I go in. AMAZING STORE!!!!!!****** I did however hear a man (that may or may not have worked there) who looked like he was balding man yelling that it looked like a cesspool, but everytime I go in the store its extremely neat & tidy! He was an extremely rude man...the sheen coming off his head was blinding. 100%

I came into their shop with a very non-standard request to have them stain a transition piece of hardwood floor to match a newly purchased hardwood floor. They matched the colour perfectly and were able to complete it in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend their services. Thanks.

Great prices great selection!

We purchased kitchen appliances at the Brick but unfortunately the fridge got damaged during delivery. We called the store and they replaced it with new one and more discount. Jason, Mashid and Debbie were so good on helping us and cannot thank them enough for the help. Will definitely go back at this store!
