We purchased a dining and bedroom set from Friends Furniture in Hamilton. The salesman name was Randy and he was very personable and very friendly! He negotiated prices with us and also provided free delivery. The set time for delivery was from 4 pm to 8 pm and we received our items at 430 from very polite delivery men. Our dining set was assembled and the men cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely recommend this store to others and we will purchase again from them in the future! Thank you Friends Furniture for your amazing service and quality of furniture!

For anyone who is looking to use this service please just wait a bit longer to save up enough to buy it outright. With kijiji these days you could find everything that's in these stores for cheaper. After all your payments you've payed at least 15% more. This isn't exactly a review of the specific location but the concept as a whole. Two things you should ever finance are a vehicle and a house, adding furniture monthly payments is never a good idea and I didn't even know you could until i walked into this store. Any extra monthly payment will affect your ability to get loans for a vehicle or house . Save up buy it outright and don't look back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! My furniture took over 5 months to arrive because it was shipped from China in multiple shipments. The store refuse to refund my purchase after the first shipment was late. Then they brought furniture that were floor models and already assembled after I complained. 5 months to receive furniture!?!?!?!?! SHAME ON THEM, THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!!
