I would definitely recommend this store to others. My family has bought furniture in the past and I recently purchased a sectional from them. The owner and his wife were very informative, and the prices were very reasonable.

I had a wonderful experience connecting with the Critelli family as I shopped and purchased some new furniture pieces. Misette is a very genuine and sincere person. She spent many hours with me as we discussed my situation and together we came up with a plan. I am excited to receive my new furniture and thanks to Misette this will happen soon. 😀

My husband and I were in the store on the weekend looking for furniture for our deck. We had the pleasure of Mitchell helping us...answering all our questions, being available when we had even more questions without being pushy or aggressive on sales. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable and not pushy and we dropped back in today to purchase! Thanks Mitchell!!

The employees here care about treating their customers right. The sales associates are as accommodating as you will find at any furniture store. I've worked in the furniture business and been part of the sales floor jungle. The Brick seems to be more civilized an environment than your standard sales floor. There is an element of respecfulness, both among the sales associates, as well as directed towards the customers which is very refreshing to have witnessed. I, personally, am a huge fan of the whole operation.

Great verity of weathered wood products

I brought in old kitchen table and chairs that had been damage over time. Mr. Lacey was able to restore it to its former glory and at a very reasonable price.

All i can say is they need to learn more about how they deal with customers. they will nag you through the phone to keep reminding you payment is due even though payments are made. Never ask you how you are enjoying the products. Promised us a week free as they were mistaken are their end when my product was going to arrive, never fulfilled their promise though. beware of this place

Would love to give zero stars. Products are awful. Often broken and delivery is beyond unaffordable. Delivers to curb, no assistance at all bringing in furniture. They charge you for donations - if you want to give a charitable donation, you must pay them! I encourage all of you to not support this agency, they do awful work.
