Great store, great staff. Ashley helped me find the perfect mattress and made great suggestions in finding the right fit as I suffer from back and knee problems. The mattress itself is fantastic and delivery and setup were on time, professional and courteous. I will never buy from a big box store again. Prices are excellent as well!

Unique gift selection and awesome customer care. Look carefully for little surprises nudged into nooks and crannies.

The work was well done but unfinished and four days late. When I picked up the items and said I was unhappy with the lateness and unfinished state of the items, I was yelled at and insulted. I was told I was a redneck, Ilbred, Ill mannered and rude. By far the worst customer experience I have had at any business, anywhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The work is well done but the same quality can be found in other places, that treat customers and their complaints with respect.

I came here a few days ago and was greeted by a young lady (high school age). I hade 2 photos that needed frames, but I had no idea what colour, style, size, etc. The girl showed my the options and was very helpful and understanding. However, 5 minutes after entering the store a older man came out of, what a pressume, a lunch room and completely took over. He was very unporfessional and made it seem like he had no time for my order. Since I had no idea what I was looking for I was open to many options, but this man was very impatient and talked to me in an almost mocking manor. When I asked about mats he waved his hand in the direction of the mats on the wall and told me to look through them. I felt sorry for the young girl as I could sense she was as uncomfortable as I was. I ended up having to leave because I felt so unwanted. I will NEVER return here and would not reccommend it to anyone. If you have no sense of colour or artist abilities like me, the old man (I assume to be the owner) will laugh at you and treat you awful. This store definetly does not give Uxbridge a good name.

I just received my couch from Dunn's Furniture and I am in love with it! Well worth the wait! :) Lots of selection in couches and fabrics. We got a sofa with a chaise lounger at the end and we also got to pick the fabric on the decorative pillows! :) I will always be going to Dunn's Furniture first before I go anywhere else.

Very helpful and personable staff who know their products and do not try to upsell but try to find what is suitable for each customer. Highly recommended and great prices too!

"Closed" - I have tried many different days to visit this establishment but they are always closed. There were some interesting items in the window that I wanted to follow up but to no avail. : ( I can't really rate it as I have not been inside but receiving one star for frustration in being unavailable.

We worked with Josi and she was extremely helpful. The furniture is very nice and great quality.

Needed a new mattress. This place was great!!! Very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no pressure! Delivery was quick and professional
