Hardware

They have an incredible selection OF door hardware. The sales person attended to me immediately and made an extra effort to show me every example (in stock) of the hard to find pocket door handles I was looking for. One caveat is the the prices are quite high but one should expect that. Its no box store.

I ordered a wrong part and called them to cancel. They went out of their way to stop the order and refunded me no problem. Were knowledgeable and nice to deal with.

Great selection of metric bolts for motorbike build i was doing, friendly knowledgeable staff, great prices, and easy to find. Why go anywhere else?!?!

Love this place , staff so very helpfull, be back again,👍👍👍

Very helpful staff. Mike helped me out and responded very quickly with pricing and shipping options. We will definitely continue doing more business with TCH.

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband. We frequent this location as it is the closest to our home, but after the last few times we will take our business elsewhere. Very poor customer service and lack of staff. Being bounced around to different people because of the lack of knowledge and training is not a great experience. My husband was bounced around a total of 5 times between staff including the customer service desk. Not sure what is going on but a couple of our friends have had similar experiences lately at this location.

I shop here often, but twice in the last two days specifically. Hard to find help, even when the store was not that busy. Both days I was held up by isle closures, one for 20 minutes while they refilled the lumber. I understand the need, but this was poorly planned as the guy went on and off the forklift about 20 times.....if they prepped the work ahead of the closure, this would have taken half the time and would not have annoyed the 6 people waiting for the isle.

I have had the chance to use the Quilla, fantastic solution to the static whiteboard/ flip board. Being able to recall and rework old concepts and ideas from previous meetings is fantastic. Didn't have the chance to network it with other locations, however, I could see using that in the future.

Very happy to have worked with them

Over all very good experience. Good quality door with good customer service, Chalsea helped me choose doors within my budget and helped me install the doors, as I installed myself. Other than order took little longer I am very satisfied with the product.

Great place to find high end brands and small things for my kitchen as for friends. Wide choice but owner are selecting assortiments in a great way.

I really enjoyed doing business with McKillican. Never had issues with the, and staff are always ready to assist me on my purchase.

Wish someone would answer the phone

I went in to get a part that was hard to find. They had it in stock for MUCH less than other places would order it in for. Fast friendly service. I recommend them for appliance parts and a variety of things in store. Clean and organized!

Love this place. They have all the best supplies for projects. The staff are always really helpful. Their prices are also really good.
