Home Builder

I dont know where it is

Very friendly staff helped me design a high quality building built locally by Maple Leaf Homes. They prepared the lot (well and septic) for a turn-key service.

We toured their 2 model homes and the factory. It's a pretty cool process. I'm hoping we can have them build our future home!

If I could give them a zero I would. They do not pay there help!

Not only were they able to provide our needs and desires but they far exceeded them. I highly recommend NDI and I would gladly work with them again.

Our experience with Reef Cape Cod's Home Builder was 5 star from start to finish. From excavation to move-in, we were always involved, understood, and treated with respect and a true commitment to make our home a dream come true. We never once left the REEF family without feeling our needs were being met, above and beyond our expectations. The few concerns we had were dealt with to the highest level of professionalism by everyone at REEF, from the home office professionals to their wonderful representatives on the job site. We cannot recommend a better builder because we truly believe.. there isn't a better builder than REEF Cape Cod Home Builders.

Silvia & Silvia is one of the finest builders I have worked with. Their attention to detail is outstanding and the crews are top notch. All their work is well organized and professional. Ron has a keen eye for design and really out did himself on this project. I worked closely with him on the cabinetry details for the entire house including three master bedrooms, five guest rooms, and a pool house, but the kitchen was the standout element. The company is not only efficient but their clientele trust them to maintain and care for their property in their absence. I would recommend this company to anyone with absolute confidence.

I hired the contractors from DG Poulin Construction for my commercial building renovation project, and yes, they have done a great job. I am totally satisfied.
