Home Builder

Awesome experience

A review is really important where it allows fellow consumers to help support their decision with sometimes pretty important things in life. In this case purchasing a home. After visiting a few builders Activa was our last stop and from the moment we step into their sales office to the final stages of purchasing our home we've been treated like a real customer should. Their entire staff have been very supportive and ensured all our expectations were met. Any issue we raised was dealt with within 1-2 days or even sooner. Everything was on schedule and we couldnt be more satisfied. A special thank you to Tammy who is and was just amazing. She was very accommodating towards our situation. This is our 1st home and I'm sure wont be our last with Activa. Thank you to the entire team! From us to you happy holidays!

Not only are their homes impressive. What a great group of people! Our Schell house has been the nicest we have ever lived in and we have had many houses built over the years.

I can't say enough about the quality of a Costa Custom home. They are a family owned and operated company who take pride in their work. Everyone is so great to work with and makes your homebuilding experience a pleasurable one.

They have some of the most beautifulest homes

My wife and I began searching for a new hone in Virginia and settled on moving to Culpeper, VA. We decided to search the listings and stumbled upon a few larger lots with a sign for Jefferson Home Builders. Since they looked promising, we contacted William Galloway and met that same day. William was very knowledgeable while showing us around Culper and some of their lots and new houses. After reviewing our options on floor plans, and seeing their home quality, I was convinced that Jefferson Home Builders was the right choice to build our retirement home. During the process, William was outstanding, friendly, and extremely professional. His assistance with interior selections was fun experience. The building process went as scheduled even though there were many rainy days to work around. The final product turned out to be better than I ever expected with William there for us all the way to closure. Anyone looking for a quality builder in Culpeper County should definitely consider Jefferson Home Builders. We couldn't be happier going with them. I give them the highest rating and will recommend them to anyone moving here. Thanks William, Damon, and all your team builders.

Such a great experience working with this custom builder! Their newest showhome in Eversole Run is stunning and full of inspiring home ideas!

4 different names for one so called company.homewood, trinity, ambassador, the real name is nc services.they hide their real company name very well.expect 9 months or more just to build the cookie cutter, leaking toilet, wasted space house.just read the reviews.the kitchen islands at the bottom where they install cheap wood panels are touched up with shoe polish, not paint.the only goal is to get the homes sold to unsuspecting victims.customer service is a no no. Profit is all that matters.you will be so sorry.
