Home Builder

As the former editor of two regional home magazines, I've had the pleasure of seeing many of C J Riley Builders projects. His homes are beautifully built with incredible workmanship.

We purchased a townhouse unit from countrywide in 2016, and it was rented out till recently. Once we took it back, we found the gas bill is too high. We looked into it, and found there is water heater rental $48 per month. But it is not the most ridiculous thing. So we called Cricket Home Comfort to ask about rental termination. We were told we have to pay more than $2,000 to terminate the rental agreement. The most expensive water heater in Homedepot is around $1,000. Countrywide, Did your lawyer review the rental agreement before you provide it to the home buyer! Did your sales person explain it to the home buyer before they signed the contract?

Awesome people Awesome houses

Metzler Home Builders recently finished building a detached garage on our property. We cannot be happier with the end result. Tim and Mike were so good to work with and we trusted their opinions because they have so much experience. The subcontractors also did a great job. They were very professional and always left the sight clean after their job was done. Our home was built by Metzlers back in the 80's so we have long term and short term experience with this business. Based on our personal experience and that of friends of ours, I highly recommend using Metzler Home Builders.

Quality homes with top notch customer service!

Imagine this ... it's early-2013, you've spent nearly 27-years in the United States Air Force having lived in 14-houses, and it's time to retire from active duty. It's time to decide where the family will now settle.  You're looking for some land, you're looking for a realtor, and there is a great deal on your mind regarding the future.  This story could get very long, so I'll cut to the chase.  Christian realtor, introduces the Mattingly Family to a Christian builder (Tony Foreman).  The rest is one series of blessings after another.  With a little help from our realtor we find and close on our land purchase here in Winchester, VA.  Then my wife and I meet with Tony Foreman of Foreman Builders.  What a gentlemen, a professional, and a true Christ follower.  Tony immediately earned our trust.  For heaven's sake this man took the time to meet me at the property and we prayed over the property and the house that we may one day build.  Yes, the house was built.  Through lots of prayer, a couple of snowstorm setbacks, the house was built.  Our Foreman Home was completed in July 2014.  It is extremely well crafted, and Foreman Builder's stood by their word to correct any problems we might have with the home.  We had a minor issue with our hickory wood floors.  Forgoing the details, because really that isn't what is important, what matters is Foreman Builder's did make our floors right.  We are delighted.  Tony Foreman and his son Ken and the whole team were utmost professionals.  I can't forego mentioning Linda, Bart and Mo.  Truly a remarkable team under some remarkable Godly leadership in Tony.  Our family of five is so very blessed by our Foreman Home.  I would recommend Foreman Builder's to anyone considering a home construction project, a renovation, or as a friend this side of heaven.  I think that's the best compliment of all.  Thanks again Tony and team for helping us realize our dream of a custom home following our 27-year Air Force service-career.  May God continue to bless your business as you continue to bring glory to Him in your demonstrated excellence in home building. Unless the Lord builds the house,     the builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city,     the guards stand watch in vain. Psalm 127:1 Blessings, The Mattingly Family
