Home Builder

Purchased our home in March of this year. Have had a great experience working with Eaglewood. They did a wonderful job on our home. Couldn't be happier.

My CBH experience has been excellent from start to finish!! My experience started in February 2018 when I met Samantha Farris at the Kuna sales office. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made it happen! She truly cared and helped me start the journey to my dream home! I am forever grateful to CBH homes for making homes affordable and beautiful for families, for making the dream possible!

I love this neighborhood. Feels safe and comfortable. Good people.

We absolutely love our new Coval Home, it's the 2734 model. The best thing about our build was our Superintendent Brendan. He was on top of the build through out the whole process. We had a complex build due to the architectectural changes that we wanted and the flooring, cabinets, doors and fireplace upgrades. There were a lot of different things going on during our build that normally wouldn't be going on. Brendan never missed a beat, if I had any questions I would call him and he would explain it to me. Everyone at Coval Homes made my wife and I feel more like family members than customers from start to finish. I would recommending Coval Homes to all of my friends, family and anyone else that would like a new custom home built. They gave us a completion date at the beginning of the build and we received our keys three days before that date. Thanks Brendan and all of the great folks at Coval Homes.

We are officially owners of our new home and the wife and I are extremely pleased. It's absolutely gorgeous and is exactly what we had asked courtesy of the hard work everyone at Urban NW went through. The process was smooth and simple and even moved in a day early. So thank you Jordan, Matt and Jennifer for all the time you put into our home, and we're looking forward to the many memorable moments we will have and our wonderful new home to spend our lives in!!!

Best ever!!!!!

Best in Class Custom Builder! Jason and his team deliver an exceptional product that is surrounded by a great customer experience. I've dealt with numerous custom builders across Canada and Jason truly sets a high bar for achieving excellence and exceeding customer expectations. From planning, through design and build, Wolf Custom Homes are in a class by themselves as seen in the quality and details they create. Building or buying a custom home can be a difficult process, but the relationships and trust that Jason and team built from day 1, made both the journey and destination worth while. We are so proud of our Wolf Custom Home and so grateful to have worked with Jason and his team of professionals. Thank-you Jason, Jill & Ian!

Update: I do not recommend moving into a Battistella property if you are sensitive to footsteps and hearing everything that drops from the unit above. I am an owner in one of their buildings and have been struggling to get the board to take action against an AirBnB above causing non stop impact noises. Battistella was too cheap to put in proper insulation to the flooring and because of the concrete floors anytime someone walks (god help you if someone is running) your unit has a mini earthquake. They fined the unit upstairs twice which I don't think they actually did as the owners been very unhelpful. If you want to buy a Battistella unit please come visit my unit at Colors and within a few minutes you will see the sort of non stop migraine inducing vibrations your neighbours upstairs will cause you. Normal condo boards fix this by enforcing their condo bylaws as city bylaws do not cover this stuff. Not a Battistella one.

It was a great home buying experience with Trico. The Sales Manager, Jordon was great; he helped and guided us on every step of the way. The selections were great at the Design Center with best Interior Designer who assisted us with our selections. The end result was a beautiful home and one satisfied customer.

These guys were so great to work with! They provided a complimentary estimate, worked with me to customize this project to include all my wish list items and kept it within my budget.

As one of Trickle Creeks trade partners (WM Schmidt Mechanical) I can say without hesitation that Trickle Creek Homes is a very professional home builder with cutting edge designs. They have a great team that are awesome to work with. They have surrounded themselves with highly experienced trade partners that together produce a awesome product that we are all proud of. Trickle Creek Homes is one of Calgary’s premier builders. J. Webster

Nice office, nice people.

I am an owner in this building and can say 110% that my customer service and neighbourly experience with the AU sales representatives has been nothing short of amazing. I have been present during times when these complaints have been placed (during day time hours) and the sound, nor the response from the owner of the unit have been inappropriate. The Duke is an outstanding community of people who are tight knit, partake in social events together and can call upon each other in times of need. It is disapointing that individuals do not experience the same, however I do believe the fact that someone would defame an individual in terms of their career, based on an unseemly concern speaks to their character. I would recommend living or buying in this building as it is truly the first place I have lived in Calgary I am proud to call home
