We purchased our home from Lifestyle Homes in High River in 2013. Lifestyle was excellent to deal with and took care of any items of concern we had upon possession. Their company and employees have been great to deal with. They even have been happy to answer any questions or provide information years after our purchase.

This builder is unethical. I approached the builder and let them know I had a property listed for sale. Mr. Kanwal went directly to the seller and told him to cancel the listing and deal with him directly. I can not imagine how their level of customer service would be after the sale is complete. Completely unprofessional.

They made our beautiful home. The company was patient and listened to exactly what we wanted. They have great customer service and their work is highly professional. They finished ahead of schedule. They use top quality material. We love our home.

Purchased a Spec. House from Jaya in April 2014 on the North side of Edmonton as a first time home buyer. Decent houses, but found out the hard way once they have your money they do not follow up with warranty repair when requested, you almost have to continually call them daily. As a first time Home buyer I thought I would use their lawyer as it was free. My first mistake, found out later there were caveats still on my purchased place that were supposed to be removed due to second grading not completed, permits were never pulled for the deck Jaya Homes built; consequently, I had to apply for permits myself, have the deck inspected and fixed for errors for work they did and go through a process to have caveat on the property removed. I would truly advise anyone wishing to purchase a home with them, uses your own lawyer and get something in writing they will follow up with repairs, all permits are in place and caveats removed upon completion of sale. It was a learning process for myself, but this will be the last house I ever buy from these guys.

Jeff Laminski, after hearing all the amazing things everyone was saying about Jeff, it seemed hard for anyone to live up to and after our first meeting with him we had very high expectations. Our experience through the purchasing process felt challenging at times, however this legend "Jeff Laminski" has a way of working with his clients (us) that made us forgot about the past and had us focused on the present which at the time was through the building phase. He was exceptionally great at explaining the process of building our new home and keeping us informed at all times. There was definitely some concerns during the building phase that Jeff was able to work past even if that meant he had to do it himself and ensure we were completely satisfied with any changes that had to be made. He is very patient and just like us pays attention to every detail or even more so, one would say a "PERFECTIONIST" which these days is very hard to find. Jayman is extremely lucky to have Jeff be a part of their team and we truly mean that. During our final walk through with Jeff, he made it very fun, interactive and took his time to make sure we understood how and why everything works the way it does. It was honestly our pleasure working with Jeff.

Gill Built Homes was extremely helpful, professional and they immediately understood what we were looking for. They showed us multiple fantastic options and took care of everything. I was a first time home buyer and could have not asked for a better experience. Everyone I worked with in the process was friendly and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to communicate with me and make sure I was happy. Leave nails and and such on roads. I have had to take in two tires for repair so far. Excessive speeding in rural neighborhoods by their staff.

The reviews here are for CoCo Homes. Not for Timbercreek Homes. They are two separate builders with different owners. Timbercreek Homes is fantastic, build a beautiful home at a great cost.
