A lovely facility with caring staff!

Quarantined to his room because of flue, dehydrated, malnourished, admitted to hospital, released from hospital but broke his hip in public area within a week. Total stay in hospital 4 months but still charged full rent in spite of providing no food, care. Constant revolving door of administration. Good health care workers but by the book only medical at Aspen. Have moved to another facility.

Definitely give star

Very nice and new facility, they have amenities like a hair salon inside and a beautiful atrium in the centre for clients to enjoy the summer sun and plants. It's the newest care center in Didsbury and I recommended it to my grandmother because Its so nice. Clean too and staff that are quick to answer any questions.
