Gerry and his team provided top notch care when our family really needed it.

An absolutely wonderful facility. My parents have lived there for quite a few years & the care is above & beyond. Lisa is a wonderful person & the entire staff reflect the same care.

My mother in law just moved here and the staff has gone over and beyond to make her welcome.. everyone is pleasant and so far my mom loves it

Very nice facility a bit outdated but looks good

We have recently moved my mother into the manor at Rocky Ridge, but the few months leading up to it and the time it took for us the (concerned children) to have her set up and settled was quite a smooth undertaking. The staff is always ready and helpful and if they don't have an answer they will find someone who does in very short order. From top down ( not stuffy) to the the bustling of all the workers and teammates it is always a welcoming home! I, or rather we, are no longer nervous or apprehensive when we exit the building and look forward to seeing her benefiting from better stimulation, nutrition, and general wellness!

For a semi-remote town/area, this clinic is a godsend. Versus going to Red deer or Sylvan and waiting half a day in a walk-in, Bentley is lucky to have this clinic.

Very happy place

My friends mom has been a resident at Heritage Place for three years. In that time alot of her personal effects have been stolen. There's been times when personal hygiene is also lacking. Approximately January 21st she became ill with intermittent vomiting and fever. They thought it was the flu at the time, this went on for three weeks with the staff just observing. I go to see her on a weekly basis, so I was also observing her. On February 11th I walked into her room and I could hardly wake her up and her skin was orange. I walked out to a CNA and said that she needed to go to the hospital. The CNA replied that great minds think alike and got the unit nurse, who then told me they didn't know what was wrong with her and the Director of Nursing was now handling it and was currently on the phone with the facility's doctor, Dr. Griffith. The unit nurse and I went the DON's office and I told her about my mom's condition. She replied that it could be a side-effect of her Keppra, an anti-seizure medication. I told her that since she gets that daily and her symptoms were intermittent that didn't make sense and I wanted her to go the hospital. The DON then suggested urgent care and wondered if she could get into a wheelchair. The unit nurse said she didn't think she could sit up and I replied I could hardly wake her, let alone get her to sit up and reminded her urgent care closed at noon that day, being a Sunday. She then acquiesced and mom ended up in the emergency room and was diagnosed with a gallstone blocking her bile duct. The removed it and then proceeded to remove her gallbladder. Now I have to ask, what would have happened if I didn't live in the area? She told me later her stomach had been in alot of pain--did no one push on her stomach or feel her abdomen? My mom could barely speak, but the one thing she did tell me before having the stone removed was that she didn't want to return there, and I transferred her to Brendan House.

I rated them five stars because they don't give an option for more than that. We could not be happier with the care my mom has been getting from all the caregivers she has had. Because she gets daily care she sees several different caregivers through the week and all of them are great and caring people. The office staff are wonderful to talk to as well answering any questions or concerns I have had. Their flexibility is second to none If you are looking for a caregiver company we highly recommend them.

The compassion and country a peal of this seniors living is most appealing to anyone not wanting a city presence. It has a lodge and dementia living accommodations. Close to a church and community hall nestled just on the outskirts of Villeneuve.
