Im so happy my mother is here, and there was a person who kept sneaking smokes in to the residence to her mother, and wow did the staff stop her from doing that.. Im SO HAPPY THEY TAUGHT HER THE RULES

It is a wonderful place. God bless the job of the Sons of Italy to build this home for the Italian community and for everyone. I visited many times, and I do believe that is a good place, with great people.

St. Joseph's Villa did a wonderful job taking care of my grandma. She very much enjoyed her time there. It is an amazing place with caring and passionate staff. Thank you to the staff on Cherry Lane that made my grandma leaving us, a little bit easier.

For the most part no complaints... there is still some room for improvement when it comes to how they deal with people and their surroundings... often smells bad in the halls and very cluttered... should there ever be a fire... it can be a safety concern

The staff seem to be very caring...the place could be a little cleaner to be honest. The rooms are still 4 to a room which is to much but hopefully it will be upgraded soon. Need to have a better system in dealing with residents that are aggressive to other patients (there is one in particular) other then that I think it does the job

My dad has called "The Georgian" home for almost one year. The move was transitioned easily due to my Dad's positive attitude and the wonderful team at Chartwell. The staff can never seem to do enough to help the residents, from the friendly smiles from Katerina at reception, to the wonderful kind dining staff, to Robert's great laugh and wit. My dad is happy, well fed and loved by many in his new environment of friends, all making this huge step in life, easier for our family, especailly Dad. Liz

I had a amazing experience as a student psw the staff were amazing on the home area that I got to work on for sure will be applying in enjoyed working there

Would like to know if an NPS survey (rating 1 to 10) or something similar is provided the tenants to determine level of customer satisfaction regarding meals being provided. Maybe a quarterly survey would be best timing wise. Just a suggestion, Thanks Mike

Friendly staff and residence. Feels a little more like a home than other rest homes.
