Based on my personal experience that is my opinion: Range 0 - 10 Looks like a nice Elders place. It is a place for seniors.

I had a fantastic experience w/ IQHC for well over a month while I was on vacation from Florida. They were NEVER late, well trained, professional and pleasant to work with. The owner was always available and I would recommend them anytime

Gentle persuasion

Hard working and friendly staff all around. A pleasure to visit this Home.

Usually the care aids they send are professional, caring and well trained, however, this is not always the case. This leads me to suspect that this organization/company does not have a high standard of training for all their care aids. We had an incident where my grandfather had accidentally knocked over his bowl of food as the care aid was sitting him. The bowl of food shattered all over the floor. The care aid cleaned it up but there was still quite a few sharp bowl fragments on the ground. This was concerning as my grandfather has very poor mobility and could have cut himself on these fragments or fallen if he had tried to pick these fragments up. This obvious hazard that was left behind was really upsetting. After this incident, I called but the off hour receptionist blatantly disregarded my concerns and told me that it was not part of the care aids job to clean up these messes, however dangerous it was. She told me that it was not part of my grandfather's care plan. I understand that it may not be part of their daily duties to clean up after my grandfather but this was not a daily incident. I am completely appalled that they would jeopardize my grandfather's wellbeing and disappointed in the way my concerns were handled. The receptionist did not apologize, did not show empathy or even acknowledge my concerns. After the call, I called back because I forgot to mention scheduling details and the receptionist hung on me. tldr; this company has inconsistency in training or screening of their care aids and does not show empathy.

Moms there and well cared for.

I am so grateful to Jeremiah and his team for all their help this year in securing the perfect CAREgiver for my elderly mom. We got off to a bit of a rocky start with securing care at first as my mom, like many, was very resistant to any sort of care. After an unexpected hospital stay in October, it became evident that “no” was no longer an option and Jeremiah worked hard to secure the PERFECT person to support her. While I have a large extended family, everyone has their own lives to attend to and I felt it was important to secure a professional to assist my mom regularly. After two months now, my mom and her CAREgiver have developed a lovely relationship. She always tells me how much of a hardworker she is, that she is a fantastic cook and that it’s clear she is very responsible and trustworthy. As I live so far away from my mom, it’s so comforting to know that she has this support. I’m extremely grateful and look forward to continuing to work with Home Instead.

Doing he best they can with what they have.

My friend was at South Park. They took good care of her. The place is clean, appealing and the the food is good.

Very professional, reliable and compassionate team of workers. Would highly recommend West Coast In Home Care to anyone who needs care for the elderly.

Great staff ... Dependable people who love what they do!!

The nurses with NND vary, some were excellent, others not so, and didn’t listen to what we requested. When you’re paying someone $70/hour you expect them to listen to your wishes. Management just defends their employees. Shop around for other agencies.

This company is a brother / sister team. I dealt with Eric, who I feel went above and beyond to try and get us help for my elderly mother, and get it without delay. Even when things didn't look good, and we were totally without care or anywhere to turn, he "pulled a rabbit out of his hat" to save us. Our family was so maxed out, it made a huge difference. Our problem was his problem and he worked like crazy to solve it. In my dealings with this company, the management is attentive, responsive and have some really excellent care workers who love their job. We now have a wonderful care-worker and look forward to working with her for a long time. And Yes, I this review is real.

Our mom recently moved to Granville Gardens. What a wonderful place to live! On the first day, itvalready felt like home. ALL of the staff are welcoming, attentive, respectful, intuitive, professional, and caring. Mom's room is bright and airy, with a lovely nook for her desk and books, looking out at the mountains. There are a multitude of activities offering a wide range of health and wellness activities, educational options, and artisitic endeavours. There are many different rooms and spaces to paint, do chair yoga, complete a jigsaw puzzle, read, talk wiith a friend, have a coffee, enjoy the fireplace, watch a movie, or just relax. Granville Gardens offers a special spirit where your soul can soar.
