My grandma passed away due to the neglect of uncaring, untrained staff DONOT USE BAYSHORE HOME HEALTH,They are not trust worthy

The passion Tracy shows for her families is remarkable. I had the pleasure of sitting down with her to discuss her business and what she strives to make everyday for her patients and families. Tracy discussed different aspects of their business from being an innovator and being a personalized boutique for senior citizens. They are very patient, caring, and actually listen to what a family wants. I would recommend my own family and other to find out what they are about.

We used Home Care Services over the past year assisting our 91 year old mother while she was in an assisted living home. All of the caregivers were excellent and caring and made a difference in her day. Communication was excellent and we always felt well informed of her care. My mother's quality of life was enhanced by the caregivers, and they were all able to accommodate her changing health needs. I would highly recommend Home Care Services.

My 80something sister has been in Braddan now for nearly 3 years. She is very happy. She likes the food, the attention ,the outings and the cleanliness. The staff are very caring and responsible I highly recommend Braddan for those who reach a point where they need care day to day Jim

Top notch retirement facility with some nice shops on the ground floor. Make sure you go check out the ice cream shop!

Very nice office/ establishment. Most of the office staffs are respectful, attentive, accomodating and professionals. The place itself is organized and clean. Very friendly environment. Home Instead is where you can find dependable care for your love ones, fragile elderly parents who need utmost loving and specialized care. Most caregivers are well trained and has years of experience in elderly and dementia care. The care team specially if lead by Shelagh Wright can be expected to be organized, well followed up and be heard/listened to properly of any concerns and reporting. Janet Hassel , the owner is very approachable and willing to reach out to find solutions to the problem and concerns. Marina Taylor is the Best! Inspiring, down to earth person who would really make one so confortable in working for HI. Thanks so much for the training and the knowledge you shared to the workers.

Mom is so well taken care of in EAL. Our family has peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for. We can't thank you enough for your patience as she settled in and began to thrive again.

Annual Halloween Gathering

My Mother lived at West Vancouver Care Centre for 2 years. I have had many friends in the community whose parents also lived there and were very happy. The staff and management provided the best quality care hands down! The staff cared like it was their own family member, the facility was always clean and sanitary and the food was great. Cannot believe those reviews would have truth to them, as this place is a jem in the community! I know where I want to live if and when I need care.
