Comfort Keepers was absolutely fantastic during my Grandfather's final days. The dedication and attention everyone in the company showed, alongside their compassion and obvious care for their work, was a source of strength in a very hard time. Brecon and Alex genuinely care for their clients and go above and beyond at every step. My experiences with them and their team of nurses and caregivers like Suzanne were everything I was hoping for and more. Would recommend them 10 times out of 10 for care and quality.

We have a former Oak bay lodge resident At Glengarry Hospital Care home we might see her this coming up weekend.

My dad mother used to live there now she passed away.

We use the geriatric clinic as our physician of reference - being of an age when such emphasis in our medical care assumes more importance.

When I went to visit my grandparents at the St. Charles I was more than impressed with the subtle hospitality that was provided. They have been residences in the independent living program for 8 months now and seem as happy as ever. But there is something to say about my personal experience that I just couldn't keep to myself. First of all, the food is absolutely delicious. Brunch & dinner really hit the spot; a perfect match for my palette! Secondly, the laundry detergent reminded me of back at home.. On the way there my sister spilt a whole tub of mayo on my favourite shirt, and to my surprise the crew at the Manor were more than happy to take care of it for me. I wish I could've stayed longer Grandma and Grandpa, hopefully next time we'll have time to check out the surrounding area. It seems beautiful, and I promise to leave the mayo at home. Val & Shawna are very creative and forward thinking in providing care to clients in Victoria. Very friendly staff. as long as you get there right after open hours, it is a short wait. Unlike other places I've gone to, they actually listen when you ask a question and have helpful answers as well.
