Great administration and great staff

Before my mom moved here we could call anytime to talk to her now that she is here she is never home lmao she loves it

My mother resided at Care Point for the final 6 months of her life. I cannot begin to describe to you the quality of care by the staff and management. They treated her like family; reading to her, holding her hand, whatever they thought she needed. Further, Shawn's assistance during my mom's passing was indispensable. I will be forever grateful to him. Clover Point has our highest recommendation.

Beautiful facility and very caring staff. Management is very involved in day-to-day operations and genuinely care about your loved ones.

All Care Canada is a great place to work. I am a full time employee so I spend a lot of my time at work and can say that I enjoy coming to work and seeing my coworkers and the residents! We truly have a special team here with wonderful team members that bring our motto to life.

St. Francis Manor is a hidden gem! A beautiful location with very friendly staff and residents. Best retirement home in the city :)

The area surrounding this location has become a horrific scene of drug dealing and human excrement. I would never live near this facility. Nor would I visit the businesses or let my family walk down the sidewalk of this block (800 block of Johnson Street). We cannot blame the staff (would you want to work here?) Likewise the services; police, by-laws enforcement and City cleaners can only operate within their means. If you live nearby and hate what your neighborhood has become, or operate a company that less and less people want to do business with..... There is no one to blame but the individuals who are directly causing the problems, and those who advocate for them!

Excellent staff working here

One of the best active living seniors residences in Victoria. Nice apartments, very friendly and helpful staff, and excellent meals. Great location close to library and downtown. Monthly rates are very competitive and hard to beat.

Enjoyed our short stay at Ross Place. A comfy suite, 3 good meals a day, a variety of activities, movies, entertainment..and a top notch management staff. Planning for future...Ross Place is at the top of our list.

I can’t speak as to the facilities nor can I speak to the doctors or care aids but the person answering the phones when you select operator apparently needs to retire or find a new job... Called back because I had a missed call and simply asked if there was anyway to figure out who and all I got was “How am I supposed to know, there are hundreds of phones in this place; if it was important don’t you think they’d have left a message” I get it was a long shot but wow, the people person skills of the operator were non existent.
