I chose evergreen for some brief and basic home care and assistance after minor surgery, and I'm glad to say that I am highly satisfied with the service the care aides provided. It was indeed daunting having to seek out professional caregivers online with nothing else but other people's online reviews to rely upon, but my concerns were quickly allayed when I met and got to know the wonderful, experienced care aide who would see me through the surgery. She was very capable, and her emotional support was so very valued. 11/10 I would recommend this company to others.

This retirement home is full of wonderful staff and wonderful residents. It's always a pleasure when I go. Thanks

Absolutely rude service, I was hung up on because she had a doctors appointment to go to, mind you the only words I got out was my first name! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Barry the manager is a star. The amount of hard work and dedication he puts in to his work, and the level of care and empathy Barry and his staff show for the residents is evident. When it's my time, I'll be at Berwick.

Nowhere is perfect. MT has its shortcomings, like anywhere else. But it also has it's strengths. One day I found my elderly mother in a hall in a wheelchair. She wasn't herself bc of some dementia. When she saw me she immediately blurted out that she needed to get away from here. Where, I asked. "I don't care," my mother exclaimed, "someplace better." I realized it would be a conversation better held privately. As I began to wheel her away another resident, who had been watching, put her hand on my arm and said, "There is no better place. Really." On that day I'm sure she was right.

Genuinely caring employees. Some "over the top" in doing much more than just that little extra.
