My parents have been there for a few years now. I am very impressed with the care they receive. Staff genuinely care about them and it shows. The staff communicate any concerns they havevwith the family and respond to our questions quickly and professionally.

Please do your research and visit this facility prior to moving your loved one here. I would NOT recommend any of my family going here again. Aides aren't answering call bells and are seen texting and/or are to busy conversating with other nurses/aides. My aunt wasn't given a shower for two weeks. I don't understand how this place has not been reviewed to be shut down. Wish I could give them no stars because that's what they deserve.

My mother was taken to hospital after she collapsed with what the hospital thought was a stroke. She couldn't write her name or tell time and Princess Gardens came to the hospital and told me she would rally under their care. The staff was amazing! Kind, attentive and rally she did! Thank you for being so awesome in the care of our elderly parents!

Friendly staff and a clean facility. Located downtown and next to a nicely tree park. There is some negative loud noise were people come for free food.

I am so thankful for the helpful care of Community Care Peterborough in serving the transportation needs of elderly and disabled clients that we serve. Thank you!

Love this place

One of the best paying gigs in town to work at, but if your attendance isn't %100.. you won't get past probation. As with all end of life facilities, the elderly are treated like auto parts in a factory. Quantity over quality.. but, at least they won't be abused.
